yes, you can but we need to understand that these are just tools. The use of tools depend on their familiarity, the time you have spent or maybe just personal preference for you. I think understanding the core underlying concept of web, what we are trying to solve, organizing code, focusing on readability etc will have a better payback.

I come from a Non-tech, Non-CS, Non-IT background, infact technically I'm from an Arts background. I'm 2-3 years into my Machine Learning/ Data Science Journey.
