@@johnosgraveyardjaunts2235 yes I did, that’s was terrible that radium is some nasty stuff, I’ve heard that back then it was used as a cosmetic, as well as other things, we’ll never know how many people died behind the misuse of that stuff. It said he was buried in a lead line coffin, I wonder if one could still pick up radiation at his grave with a radiation detector?

Yes Gout was a ruch man's disease historically..wine's, red meats, lots of alcohol..killed Gregory...

The haunting (1999) is what makes me interested in this place...if only the gothic style interior from the movie was real to match the jacobean, baroque, elizabethan style architecture of harlaxton manor exterior 💯
