If that was true than NO Jedi would died in order 66 and we all know that’s not true. They can sense movements about to happen but they can’t tell if everything is going to happen. And “pod race” isn’t precognition at all, that’s just anakin being able to sense off his surroundings to move about in them in a pod.

Them having a Spidey Sense is easily THE most consistent parts of their kit, even moreso than telekinesis. The fact you think being able to have a Spidey Sense doppelganger makes you invincible to being surrounded on all sides by hundreds of droids is cute, but irrelevant. Similarly, you choosing to believe that, because they possess a danger sense, that means they are willing or able to instantaneously respond to their comrades in arms, often in the dozens suddenly and spontaneously gunning them down for zero reason is also irrelevant. You being a drooling idiot has zero relevance to the reality of things.

I love how people always single out Cad Bane as being the one guy who survives because of the plot even though nearly every other character in this series, from minor jedi, clones and bounty hunters, to major heroes of the franchise, has plot armor just as thick or thicker than his simply by virtue of the fact that they actually appear in RotS or the original trilogy. Plenty of other characters face certain-death situations in this series and survive simply because they had a cameo in the films. Cad Bane is one of the very few characters that the creators of the show could have killed off at any time and they didn't. Plot armor, sure, but he's a minor offender compared to ALMOST EVERYONE ELSE IN THE SERIES.

I think you forget he is the most skilled bounty hunter in the galaxy. He’s escape plans are better than grievous and ventress. He is amazing in close combat, better than Jedi. Karate. Not to mention he’s intelligence which is what the other bounty hunters don’t have. He has the equipment put with the mind is so much more powerful. If another bounty hunter had the same body as cad bane they wouldn’t make it.

That was always how Bane was gonna go out. They just updated it so it took place after the Galactic Civil War instead of during the Clone Wars.

​@@LEEboneisDaMan The duel that was always meant to happen in The Clone Wars still happened. The unfinished arcs are also canon, because they are George Lucas' work. You can see Bane has the metal plate in his head in The Bad Batch and The Book of Boba Fett that he would've gotten from that duel with Boba. The duel in The Clone Wars was also after four episodes exploring them and ended in a shootout where they matched each other, Boba surviving thanks to his helmet and giving it its dent. I'm not against how he died in The Book of Boba Fett, but I do wish we got more time with him first to explore that dynamic and make it feel more satisfying. I do somewhat hope that the blinking light and beeping on his chest after he gets impaled means he's alive somehow, such as having a cyborg torso like Fennec which Boba stabbed so it didn't really kill him, or his breathing tubes or something else are still keeping him alive, or Todo will get Bane's location from the beeping and come to save him (Fennec survived a shot to the stomach and then a long while in the desert, after all). I feel there's a lot more to do with him, maybe he's employed by Thrawn and/or comes back in The Book of Boba Fett Season 2. But I'd also be able to live with him dying, there's a lot more to explore in the timeline before this and another return could make death feel pointless in this Universe. But part of me also really hopes he comes back to show how you should fear the one in a line of work where most die young and truly get to impress us in live action as he has in animation. Sorry for rambling, guess I just had a lot to say about Cad Bane's many deaths

Exactly, they cannot use the force and block blaster fire at the same time. because they actually use the force to predict the blaster fire and move quick enough to block. If someone is using force choke for example, if you shot at them, they'd have to drop you to be able to block the fire.
