Did you consider drilling holes the diameter of the round spacers in the gutter trim rather than cutting the gutter trim into segments? It looks like you could fit the spacers into holes drilled into the gutter trim...

anyway to do this without drilling into roof. for example rc and spacers?

Any regrets? Considering a roof rack for ease of mounting lights and having somewhere to throw stuff . I haul a dirt bike in that back so no bed rack.

Did you use all the supplied rivnuts or did you swap them out for steel rivnuts?
