Harley 48 TC Bros Window Handlebars | Install + Ride

Installed the TC Bros 1" Window Handlebars (6" height) on my Harley Sportster 48. My previous bars on the Iron 883 were the Biltwell Frisco 8" bars. The bars fit well with the stock cables. Even my 8" Frisco bars were able to use the stock cables. I think anything higher will need to swap out the cables. Stay for some riding videos to see how the bars look like. Enjoy!

Burly Brand makes the cable kits, but for the electricals, I believe theres a company that can make plug and play wire harnesses as well, instead of splicing or removing the cable pins

Kinda miss my 2022 48! 😭 Ended trading it up for a 2022 Sportster S. Not that I hate the S, but the 48 had way more aftermarket parts and was easier to mess with.

I just put these on my 2018 48 special, and I replaced the stock 8 inch rise mini apes. My only complaints are they're slightly less comfortable, and not being able to see all of the speedo, it appears you have that same issue? Also I kinda regret not shelling out the extra 80 or so bucks to get the biltwell window bars for comfort as well, now I'm thinking of just getting the LA Choppers 2 inch spacers to get that extra reach, although I don't think it will change speedo visibility
