Very well explained and thank you. In my opinion that's not a good design. When you torque the cranc pin nuts, surely there must be some movement on the opposite end of the flywheels and therefore also on the center shafts which means the two shafts are not 100% aligned? I just dont like it i suppose.

This is a very interesting video. I rebuild Harley engines for a living but could never find out why this happens. The crankshaft in your video is off a 1340 Evolution motor 86 to 99, all carbureted engines where people tend to lower the idle speed as much for that silly "potato potato" sound. We're talking about 600/700rpm I would like to know your opinion

Sir pls explained that single twin arm rod ,single pin crankshaft with two pistons. I wonder the firing timing it is resemble like one stoke engine.

you mean the connecting rods and/or the flywheels are cast? do you have a video/source?
