After watching Choopers the whole month since a guy want to sell me a homemade and lightweight hardtail I have to say this is the one that stands out of all the choppers on KZbin! - this is an amazing piece of art and it is on top of this "modernly practical" and as well as a soft-tail, wow! It was mounted on the swing arm with custom mounting tabs on both the upper and lower cross members of the swing arm

How did that springer work out with the off set of the front wheel I want to run a springer on my 07 fat boy I have a custom set of mags that I absolutely will not give up The shop that does my work Claims that I won't be able to run the same wheel I have already

Hi Darwin, This is from Christopher - "The wheel is a narrow glide wheel from DNA (who manufactures the springer) so the width fits properly in between the spring without clearance issues. I had to lathe my own spacer to correctly sit the wheel in the middle of the springer, which I think he meant by “offset”. So essentially to fit his mags in the springer, he would have to insure the width of his rim will clear inside the width of the springer then make spacers if it does fit. " Hope this helps. Cheers.

@@feellnfroggynothing left on this bike that makes it a fat boy. You’re totally right, it’s just a softail now. The front end and cast wheel it originally had would make it a fat boy but because that’s all gone, it’s no longer a fat boy
