Bro, you are truly an artist and a master craftsmen. All the skills you possess and the guts to modify a frame, I can only imagine all the measuring you didn’t show in this. Im not really a guy who likes low slung bobbers like this but gotdamn if that isnt one sexy mother fucker. And watching all the fab work is inspiring and makes me want to get off my ass and finish up my project, an 86 rebel 450. Much respect, brother. Its nice to see the bay still has creative mechanics and fabricators. Between you and Fab28, the bay is making a comeback.

Nice build! How come you had to modify the frame for the springer? Could this have been avoided by increasing the fork angle? Thanks.

It was all easy from the start. Some new parts, slightly mods, new bars, e.t.c. And then happend "Had to modify the frame"... At this point i realise how miserable my mechanic skills are... Awesome job)).

Drifter 800 rider here. This is total artistry. Of all my years looking at every custom variety of VN800, I have to say, this is probably (definitely) my favorite example. You have created one of the coolest Vulcans of all time. The front end, the middle, the back end - I can't pick my favorite part of it. But that rear wheel is the real glue on this one. Just needs a different tire! I am of the opinion that the vn800 engine is one of the best sounding motors with the right pipes... Would love to do a collab video someday if the interest arises - I've got metric frankenstein bikes for days. Absolutely love your channel.

Wow! Awesome video very inspiring. In 15 min you manage to capture the essence of this build. No need to talk and the background music was well chosen. I hate when they play hard rock I find it too distracting from the content. The camera angle and sound capture for ridding part was perfect . Great editing congrats. René from Québec Canada.

I LOVE the Vulcan and now you made it even more desirable. You have great taste, a great eye, and you're also a Datsun Z owner. My dad had one in the 70's, then my. rother had it all through college in the 90's, then I drove it before we sold it to a family friend. You're in the East Bay ? I'm in Sonoma Co. I love the nicknames of certain parts like "cocktail shakers" for the pipes. MY GAWD, this bike turned out PERFECT and it's a Kawasaki passing all the broke down Harleys.

I Converted My C50 into a hard tail bobber about 12 years ago. Loved it up until the day I hit a pothole on front beach road. Spent 6 month in therapy with 2 compressed disks and still have very little feeling in my left leg. Sold it about a year later. Really miss that bike, but i really miss those two discs in my back more. I am looking for a way to build another hard tail fake with airbags. old guy style. Great looking bike.
