What is the measurement of the rod u are use so I know where to put my cap

It needs to be long enough to reach from swing arm pivot bolt past the axle. You set the cap at the center of axle and check to make sure the other side is the same.

The rod I use is 9” but in reality it’s probably only the standard 6”🧐😩

My manual says rear axel torque is. 100 ftlbs ?

The bike in this video is an older bike. I went down a similar google path. Basically, at some point, Harley started using hollow axles. Even the retainer pin (pin for older bikes such as in the video, clip in your case) is different if you have a hollow axle. For hollow axle bikes, its 95-105 ft/lbs (from memory, I think that's what it is). For older bikes its 60-65 ft/lbs.

What about alignment of the front to the rear!!!? Motor mounts and all! You are the cause for death.
