Thanks for the great video. I was struggling on a gravel road with the PA, worse bike than any other ADV I ever owned...but looks like I gotta try again, as I was not aware of the Off Road PLUS mode...I had it on off road only mode and NOT SO CONFIDENT. Thanks a lot.

Yes. Try Off Road PLUS mode. It will make a big difference.

Good video. I'm trying to find out if you can turn adaptive ride height off in the preprogrammed rides modes (i.e. rain, road, sport, etc) and so far I can only see the adjustability in the custom modes only. Any insight?

@Norsman Adventures Did you get any response on your Q. I have a 2021 PAS which just needed a new engine (oil light coming on on idle and low revs). I'm sure that before I had the new engine unit installed I was able to make adjustments to ARH - makes sense for riders who need the ARH to help them stabilize when stopped at junctions, etc. that this setting would be the same for Rain, Road, and Sport. Since getting the bike back I observed the same as you - just a little frustrating 🙂 My local dealership said they were sure you could originally for any of the modes, but they removed that option - no explanation. I really want to get confirmation that this was never an available option OR that it was removed by H-D.

I've ridden Electra Glides forever and just got the Pan America. The modes are new to me. What would you use on a gravel highway? Thanks!

We would recommend off-road mode for gravel roads.

Hi I have noticed that everytime the ignition is cycled it defaults to road mode. I setup the custom A mode and when I switched off the ignition and switched it back on it was in road mode. Same for rain and others. Is this normal or is there a way to set this up.

In the ride mode customization, can you rename the text “Custom A” and “Custom B” with your own text, or is it fixed?

Does it remember your offroad mode or offroad plus mode if you power off the bike? Or does it default back to road mode

It will remember offroad mode when you power off the bike but not offroad plus. You'll need to put it back in offroad plus mode if you restart the bike.
