Into the trash can! Probably used an LED tail light with integrated turn signals. Definitely cool, but they can get you pulled over in a few states.

My 2008 FXDL is way more of a pain to do this, My CBR1000RR was super easy, However I have sighted so many bikers for not running signal lights in NY, I hate doing it but damn just follow the law. You can have the tiniest signals, barley visible as long as they are on and working. I Know Jersey has the same law, so what did you do for signals on the back ? is there another video?

Im on a 2007 sportster, and the tail lights absolutely murder any possibility of any form of a reasonable saddlebag. My question is this, u got an led tail light with blinkers in it, but we never seen em blink? Led and regular draw completely different, does the led have a resistor in it to make it blink correctly? Or does it blink 50 times a second now?

I've been looking for some block off plates for my rear turn signals on my Softail Breakout for a very long time. Finding this video, makes me wonder if these plates would work. The turn signals look identical to what I have on the rear of my bike. I can't believe how there is NOTHING in the aftermarket out there to remove these signals if you search for Softail parts. For those that say it's illegal. I'm going to run an LED undertail kit by custom dynamics to streamline the rear of the bike.

He never hooked up the signal lights in the taillight. You need to get a harness and install it to make the blinkers work. As of this video he has no blinkers

As much as I agree about the wiring harness, You'd still have to have a tail light with the integrated turn signals and I don't think that one does.

How did you get under the rear fender so easily ? I wanted to mount a 1157 on my 1156 dyna and I couldn't get underneath it without removing the fender ! Next on the list you should do : Side plate mount + 180 rear tyre + all white paint ;)

Shocks look after market. Most forums say you need to jack it up a bit to take the load off the suspension/let the wheel hang lower.
