Harley Davidson Sportster Review - Bobber Sportster with Mod list

This week I review a bobber style 2018 Harley Davidson Sportster 48 Special with a seemingly endless modification list. This motorcycle is tastefully modded to be a bad a** looking, Harley. The owner does specify it's more for around-town cruising than speed. Enjoy the review!

Nice! Looks really good. Yeah, I agree. You get beat to hell above 75. This was originally my wife’s bike and she was always way behind doing 60. Last week I was trying to keep up with her at about 120 mph on her current bike!

Cool, I'll keep my tank at stock height (i think it looks better) and will keep the front fender, but other than that, very nice!

I thought it was a very nice build! A lot of thought and quality mods were put into it. This thing has such a presence for a sportster. More to come on this thing!

Nice mods... Totally illegal to ride like that in the UK though. Kinda expensive for just a show bike so.. mudguard refit, reflectors etc 🙄

I have 2017 sportster 48. I have no problem doing 125

It’s one of those things. Can you and should you. On a bike like this I’m not sure you “should” go 125. But then again some ppl are willing to flirt with those limits!

You should have no problem. Dave is about 6 foot and I'm a little over 6 foot.

Forward controls come into play here. I have long legs, and felt like I was riding a mini bike when I rode on mid controls. Forward peg placement is much better for my frame on a Sportster. The 48 Special came with forward controls from the factory.
