Harley Davidson Sportster Speedometer Relocation

in this episode we carry out more modifications to the Harley Davidson 883iron sportster. We install a Speedometer Relocation kit and headset clamp.

Do you think you could have trimmed down the original top clamp and used that? The relocation is probably my next project

I did think about doing that but I wanted the ability to put it back to standard if I wanted to. The kit was cheap enough anyway.

I got the premade hugger from either eBay or Amazon. Then tweaked it to suit

So I cut my wiring to extend the connector to the gauge now my bike won’t start …any suggestions?

How did you do the extensions? Solder sleeves? Crimps? Double check your wiring too
