Harley Davidson Wishbone Evo Chopper Build Pt1

This is the first part to Fraser's Wishbone framed, Evo powered chopper!
This is a frame I have fabricated from scratch, loosely based on panhead specs but modified to fit this Evo engine. I have married it up with a ratchet top 4 speed trans and 1.5inch bent drive set up.
In this video I completely assemble this bike from painted tins to a complete roller.
In the next video I will completely go through it and finish it off to a running riding condition. This will mean fabricating a complete SS exhaust, fabricating a flatbar sissy bar, completely wiring it up and then the fun part. The test rides.

I use Growers services for UNC / UNF fasteners. Alot cheaper then Harley but saying that some are weird inbetween theads like the oil pump bolts at 24TPI. I still like your practical real world approach for gards and just bolt on stuff peg mounts, Regulator, coils etc just use whats easy to get as long as it looks good and matches its all good.

There's a guy on Instagram from here in America who is casting new axle plates, and every other casting piece that is on the old wishbone frames so you can basically build your own frame that's got everything the original frames have..

Yes I've seen a few people doing that now! Very pricey unfortunately hence why I do the laser cut plates!
