Rode my first ST yesterday. Gotta say, I wasn’t nearly as impressed as I thought I’d be. The power was the only thing that impressed me. My dyna is way more comfortable and agile. Then again, I’ve invested probably $10k in aftermarket parts into it

You don't have to buy anything for the rear brake pedal. It can be adjusted stock by loosening a bolt underneath that boot near the master cylinder.

Much better to get the Greene Brothers Design rear brake linkage. It is built better than the Harley OEM linkage and it gives a much greater range of adjustment.

The suspension is perfectly comfortable, but my lowrider has a frightening amount of brake dive compared to my old vulcan s, I almost had a code brown the first time I really had to get on the brakes at speed

I really like your new HD mini floor boards and I am thinking of converting mine to the same, I found the floor boards on HD's parts website, but I'm having a hard time locating the DK customs part needed to make this work. Can you please send the link or part number for the DK customs? thanks for sharing

@@pauldenton9568 Thank you, now the only choice is do I go for the big size 4" or mini 3" floor boards? I saw how you compare the OEM pegs with your floor boards and it is the same width, I guess the 3" will just be short one inch. Only reason I leaning to the 3" is more cornering clearance... By the way what is the seat model of Saddleman? thanks again for the info

Would be nice if you could also buy a tow heel shifter but up till now I couldn't find it anywhere.

Did you have issues with the footboards going all the way flat with the adapter? I got the footboards and DK customs adapter and it doesn't seem to go down all the way. This is on a 22 FXLRS so I assume the same peg assembly.

I have not had any issues. I’m sure you may have tried, but maybe adjust the spring washers with some pliers? Sometimes those can bind up the movement of the pegs

@@pauldenton9568 Thanks, will give it a shot. Probably just a tolerance thing and figured maybe over time the metal will indent to where it will lay flat, pretty minor, but just noticed it after installing.

That trim ring will fly off again. The design is a little wimpy. A tiny drop of silicone sealant in three locations will stop it from coming loose again, and you can still remove it in the future if you decide to upgrade your headlight.

No- I liked the newer options for passenger pegs. I just preferred the “old-style” pegs for the front.
