No the Harley are Thunderbolts and it will no longer be available via FW distribution. It will be straight from TB. So the Machdo and TJ's TB boards once they sell out it will be gone for ever. - David

My 7’10 Mid6 is an outstanding board as a quad (or a twin)! Great to see the range expanding! I’m one of the crazies who have been riding my Mid6 as a twin. But it’s an incredible quad and thruster. I hear what Harley is saying, about the fin placement on Mid6 not perfect for Twin. I keep thinking that myself, but then I ride it as a twin and it is kick ar$e. My theory is that on a 7’10 length, with the channels, and the fact I’m a weekend warrior who doesn’t surf right off the tail like a pro like Harley that it works for me. I just find I can do great bottom turns and really big carvey cut backs without losing speed. So sorry to Harley and Billy Tolhurst for bastardizing their masterpiece. But I can totally see why they’ve launched a Mid6 Twin. Might be my next board I reckon!!!!

@pdbsprinter958 Totally understand what you're saying. The reason is if we had a guy that charges and he rides his thruster boards as a twin and he commented that he doesn't step on the tail so the board feels OK. He even rode his add Makaha on an 8' Hwn size day he said he had a blast plus he was able to bring the border around. Come across the top a lot easier to draw lines and he didn't have to fight bored and he didn't have any problems with his sliding out, so yeah, totally if you're not always on the tail, you can actually ride a thin placement that's for a thruster as a twin fin. And totally agree with what you say about the channels and your riding styel...so stoked you brought this up!! - David

Thanks for sharing. Which fins were you using for the twinny setup?

@ sorry didn’t see your post earlier. If still helpful FCS II AM AL MERRICK PC TWIN + 1 FINS. I don’t use the trailer. These fins work incredibly well on my Mid 6.
