@@RAIDERWORLD I have my fairing off right now for cleaning and changing some parts. Most important upgrade is changing the instruments LED colors to blue background and white needles. But I wanted to clean my air duct. Thank you for the detailed procedure. Now I have the confidence to do this job.

Bro my buddy tried riding his bike in a ditch and as we all know road glide don’t ride in ditches well. LoL. He got replacement parts and neither of us have ever replace one or the mounts before. I told him I bet my Marine brother has. Pulled up the channel and BAM here you are coming through as always. Thanks for the video and the in detail removal. S/F 🤙🏼

I did a cheaper ebay inner and outter fairing before knowing anything about this, but looks decent enough for now, but yeah. Just waiting on my last few parts, I don't think it's gunna take a weekend honestly, harley shop said they do them all the time and it doesn't even need any electrical extentions just bolt it and go

Great Video! I like that color match air duct. My 21 RGS is vivid black and the inner fairing matches but a color matched air duct is the missing ticket. BTW… installed the apple car play plug and it is awesome, as well as the redline oils for my 3 hole oil change. My transmission shifts much smoother.

Mine is a Snake Venom, so it currently looks pretty good black... :D I have "some" patience, not sure its on par with you, as I would be breaking plastic tabs... :D

Does anyone know the bolt size to the inner fairing air ducts on each side of headlight bolt size? Not the length but what to buy? Converted street glide to road glide and cannot figure out what they are

Most of the time I go to the local hardware store (Home Depot or Lowe’s), and they have a screw/bolt sizer.

Never use loctite with plastic! I guarantee if you open up you're fairing and look at your gauge housings you'll see they're disintegrated.
