it may be hard to believe, but Epic Meal Time got me through one of the hardest points of my life. i was essentially slowly dying from malnutrition because i couldn't absorb nutrients. i would watch Epic Meal Time every day though and it helped with the feeling of needing to eat but being unable to. i would watch them slam 30,000 calories and dream about being able to eat a single bite lol. i eventually got better thankfully
