A couple of states have border rules: (1) Western Australia, which is naturally very isolated by a huge desert from the rest of Australia and has VERY low covid rates, has closed its border. This is mainly because most Western Australians WANT their borders closed. ie it's their democracy at work, not tyranny. And (2) Queensland (as you saw in an earlier episode of this vlog series ) still requires vax certificates to enter its border, but is basically open as virtually all Australians are vaccinated. But there are zero lockdowns (ie people locked in their houses) anywhere in Australia anymore. People are free to come and go as they please. Most shops and restaurants etc require masks, and some places (cinemas etc) need to see a vaccination certificate to enter, but life is basically back to normal. MOST importantly: deaths and severe illness have been VERY low, near zero, compared with eg the USA's massive numbers.

Princess Margaret Hospital is one of the largest childrens' hospitals in Australia, and it would make perfect medical sense to restrict unvaccinated people from entering there in the middle of a serious viral pandemic - it's full of severely sick children, many of whom are cancer patients with compromised immune systems. Keep in mind that the vast majority of people in Australia are fully vaccinated, and the vaccine has long been available, for free, for all who want/need it. So, at this point, the rule would apply to a very small cohort of hardcore anti-vax nimrods. And it would have the full support of almost everyone in Western Australia. So, again, NOT "tyranny", just old-fashioned democracy plus evidence-based public health measures. No offence mate, but you can cherry pick little examples like that all day long, and you still won't make the case you're trying to make.

The tires are10/10 unbelievable how the bikes looked in the mud. I am shocked. The Road King is performing like a Boss, Your shirt not so much. Why were you looking for a rag to check the oil, just use the shirt. Love you brother, you inspired me to take long distance rides on my Street Glide Special, formerly on a Road King. Not as much off the beaten path like you, but take 4000+ mile trips (round trip) multiple times a year. Just get out and ride is a mantra for mental health.

I started watching when you and and perry were doing the Alaska trip and that was my favorite series but I have to say I think this one might just be better or at least tied for my favorite of the series so far.
