This is the cleanest bike Iv seen! I like how he said “it’s not about the money, it’s about the build” people always ask me how I sink so much money into a bike I already paid 35k for, FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME!

I bought a 3000$ 02 dyna low. Put 3k or so in it. Traded it for a 91fxr and I’ll be putting like 5k in it. Why when you could go buy a sport bike. Or an Indian or a this or that. Cause it just ain’t the fucking same. Why have a custom bmx bike or skate board when there are good stock ones? Cause it ain’t the same. They don’t get it.

This dude seems like the first guy that’s actually INTO his bike. He doesn’t just go buy the newest parts and then tell everyone how well it rides. This dude is on another level, so knowledgeable and detailed. I love it.

Leo definitely did his research on figuring on what he should run, and it shows in the build

I just came back to finish the video. Leo might be the most likeable dude that you have had on this channel (imo). A knowledgeable, cool, and humble dude. I wish I knew some older dudes around here like that!

KZbin algorithm brought me here. Thought I recognized your bike, I parked next to you at a bike show in 2020 at LVHD. Your bike was black back then, that paint is amazing! Road Glide goals right there!!

What was the reason again he said the headers on his hpi pipe don’t turn purple? I have a stage 1 Vance and Hines 2into 1 and the head of my pipes turned purple after 3 months. What can I do to prevent that on my next build?
@paintballjunkie652 жыл бұрын
He was saying how it was tuned.
@leomassaro63042 жыл бұрын
Yep , a proper dyno tune vs a pre programmed tuner ( Ie: Fuel Pack) will get you a better tune closer to where a bike isn’t running too lean ( which is why they burn it turn colors at the head pipes).

Great info . Thanks guys

What? You didn't have a Windjammer fairing on your mid 70's Honda 750? Oh Wait, you're not old enough. To all you listeners out there, go find a guy who's been riding hard and fast for the last 40+ years and you'd be amazed as to the knowledge you'll gain ........ without the hype or commercials

People love to do a big motor. But an 80 evo 88 96 103 110 ect all of them would do better with heads and a cam or cams built for that displacement than a big bore and a cam on stock heads. Harley’s have enough torque. You don’t need a bunch of extra torque they need the torque delivered in the right curve and the ability to breath and not fall on their face on the top side. I’ve always said heads and cams around your displacement. The way Harley does it is stupid. Cams. Then big bore. Then heads. It’s just wrong you don’t build a motor in stages. Do a cam. Or so heads and cams. Or heads cams and big bore. But don’t do some now and some later. It never works well. Make your displacement as effective as possible. Tossing the coffee cup for a big gulp doesn’t fucking matter if you can’t chug and you’re doing it through a coffee straw.
