In 1979 l bought a 1975 super gluide from a guy. The battery was a little low . He showed me how to kick it. Gas, choke etc. The entire time I owned that bike. I could never kick start it. Boy it pissed me off! Thank God for electric starters! LOL Nice Bike. Love SHOVELS!

i was about to say the same.. works better when u prime kick twice then turn on the ignition and twist the throttle once or twice then kick.. i was taught to do that and never kicked more than twice

I had an '82 fxwg, with a stroker motor. I learned one day to kick it like that when it kicked back one time. Keep your knee bent! Otherwise, it will hurt you... One of these days! He knows what he is doing

With not one but TWO fade-outs, I can't help but wonder how long it took this guy to get the bike started. Here's a tip: next time you decide to make a video showing how your old bike sounds, crank it up and let it warm up BEFORE you start filming. That way it starts right up on the first kick and you don't look like a fool trying to get it cranked. Just sayin'.

That’s the most homosexual way to kick a bike. I don’t get the flying leg figure skating moves. Are you trying to look like a Disney princess? Straddle the bike like it’s your bitch. Inb4 “hurr durr you have video kicking from the side”, yeah Freddy, it had no seat and a pile of sharp stuff to mess your leg up. Otherwise no side kicks especially with the fruity flying back leg. You should stick to mixing strawberry daiquiris at the local bath house if you keep that up.
