Cool Video! I used to do this too on my Sporty, till I realized what happens when you wheelie a Harley. Because they have a dry sump system when you wheelie them all the oil goes to the back of the oil tank and the oil lines are no longer submerged in oil so the oil pump (which already only pumps 5-10psi) starts sucking air and even when you come down the oil pump has an air bubble in it that won't let new oil come in (cavitation). So you risk total engine failure as the top and bottom end are no longer getting oil. Now don't get me wrong I like showing off too and it is fun but I have since modified mine so this doesn't happen.

I thought that happens on every bike while doing long wheelies. Also I think I've read that you are supposed to overfill the oil or something like that. But I might be wrong...

Get a custom oil tank and place it on the front of your frame behind the fork

Dude! 1/2 of the bikes in the video are H-D Dyna-framed bikes and the other 1/2 are H-D FXR-framed bikes! The FXR are the ones with the upside down triangle cover below the rider's seat that covers the battery, electronics and oil tank! The FXR was the precursor to the Dyna frame design! They are very similar with both being rubber-mounted engines and trans. and both use twin vertical rear shocks, the only difference is the oil tank/battery area! The Dyna looks like an old 4-Speed FX/FL Shovel!
