Bro there the tie up comes in handy . Well harley would help but incase they don't heros network is better than harley. Also as the bike is a collaborative product thus local help can solve the issues due to parts 〽️ availability and ease of repair. But still would say if u want to the Harley badge and its perk then go for the bike else go with the name thats been in the market for quiet time.
