You give in too easily pal. I have a cousin like this. His entire front and back yard, including the pool, is full of plants. It's a sickness. It's plant pack-rat. He got big trees and little plants every inch of the yard. He got foreclosed because he couldn't pay the mortgage, gee I wonder where all the money went. He wasn't nearly as bad as her at 25. In 20 years and her looks are gone and plants are everywhere. I predict divorce.

I hated the this video so much in the beginning and I am so sorry for judging too soon. Your partner doesn't have to swoon and celebrate your every breath. You are allowed to have separate hobbies and ways of showing love. It's clear they adore and care for each other and that's what matters. Harli, I loved this! I told my GF that I was going to drown us in plants, and all she said was "Awesome- what kinds?" I only have a small collection right now, just nine plants which are mostly succulents, but I just got my first Peperomia and i LOVE it. So more of those (and some Hoyas) are incoming... She had plants all the time as I was growing up and a little over a month ago I found your channel and got my first plant. Now, I have 25 plants with one more on the way. I'm in Ogden Utah so it's cool to watch somebody in my "zone" as I have no idea what I am doing. The two of you are doing life right. Live your life and end the day together. I know it’s been 3 years but I love this content. My husband is more like yours… before.. but now he goes with me plant shopping or he takes me to home improvement stores just so he can let me loose in the garden center. This month alone he brought two struggling plants and told me that he knows I can give them good homes. Those two are doing well now and for our 7 year anniversary this month, we canceled our out of town trip because there’s a exotic plant sale and exhibit in our state on that day. This is gonna be long 😂 Plants are a very new thing for me, but my husband is really supportive. He read that nasa study about air cleaning plants, we both have asthma and our daughter has bad allergies, so he’s down for anything that will help our quality of life and also make me happy. I’ve struggled terribly with anxiety and depression since I had my daughter in 2013, plants have helped me fill just a bit more fulfilled , especially when I see one of my plants with new growth.
