You should be able to find it in your Bluetooth list. If not, try asking the voice command to pair with your laptop saying the name of the device. Let me know if it works.

It’s not wireless. It comes with wire that needs power at all time. Sound quality is great.

Hi. A big greeting for you. During the process of this message I placed an order for a harman kardon citation Sub and a Multibeam™ 1100. I would also like to pick up two One MKIII's for my computer. What interests me is whether it is possible to connect these two One MKIIIs to a computer so that one is the left speaker and the other is the right speaker, or will both work as one MONO speaker, and also, if it is possible to connect them to a computer, is it also possible connect them to the Subwoofer when the Multibeam 1100 is turned off. Is it possible to connect my hk citation to my monitor or tv?

Yes you can connect it to both monitor or tv. When I connected to tv, for strange reason sound did not pass through the HK speakers but I was able to turn on or off via voice commands through HK. I presumed it didn’t allow me because my tv is was not smart.

@@DrkPlaZzma I was able to connect to my laptop which is linked with monitor. So it outputs everything from the monitor to the HK.

Hopefully you got it sorted but on 1st set up I had to make sure my speaker was at least 5m away from my WiFi router to connect after that it didn't matter how close it was to the router.

I just bought it today and still figure it out how to connect it with macbook air and my iphone 13.. Eror during connected with the wifi from my phone. Tried to read the manuals and still don't understand.

Mine worked well but I had to connect it each time. In your mac setting go to sound setting output then select the speaker from there.

That’s strange. Try resetting by Pressing options in the touchscreen and go to 'Factory reset'. Then, press the reset button for 5 seconds. Let me know if it works?

Depends on the context. It has great sound but poor connectivity options. I purchased this so I could Bluetooth pair it with my smart tv and then voice control it as it has Google assist. Little did I know, this was not possible hence why I returned it. In nutshell, expectation was not met.
