Can't beat the convenience of having three very important businesses so close together. And you're right off the highway to Paleto if you need to go north. 10/10 would move again 😊

Once it gets to 1 million, 3 out of your 5 technician spots will have filled up the product slot, meaning if you switch them out for the less 2 efficient ones, you’re only doing 4/5 technicians to fill the rest up. Not to mention you’d be doing the highly inefficient spots that’d make taking filling the warehouse go from 20 hours to like 40-50

The Vamos has a massive skill ceiling, it can feel weird if you’re aren’t used to it, but this thing drives like no other car in the game. Easily one of my all time favorites. I’d recommend giving it a chance if you are pretty confident in your driving, and can adapt to a more sensitive steering wheel (Especially at high speeds).

As a location I own the Del Perro nightclub and the sale vehicles spawn right in front of two major roads one going north and south with the other being the highway going east and west. Also the Del Perro has some noticeable landmarks close by that you can use when flying towards it, although landing area isn't the best you can land a few feet away in a car park or control your chopper to land just outside the loading bay.

The Hijak Ruston can have a roll cage (1/2 or full in 4 or 5 varieties). The car's handling is very good... very. Even max engine mod and trans mod, this thing sticks to the road like glue (I know those mods don't change handling directly in the menu, but they absolutely do in the calculations behind the scenes in actually driving it like you stole it). The price? No brainer. Buy it 100%. I drove around ignoring my nightclub for over an hour after I got it... don't regret it a bit.

After 700k you're not only getting a mule and a 10-15 minute delivery, but you're changing your south American imports and losing money every 48 minutes. A speedo delivery takes around 5 minutes or less. So while you are spending 10-15 minutes delivering a mule or pounder, I've already done a payphone hit and delivered another Speedo and made more money than you. Do you understand now? This is a newb trap that rockstar has designed. Just like the bunker being sold past its solo vehicle sale limit. :)

What I do before/during my afk sessions is setting up my other businesses/heists up until their finales so that when I get bored of the game and go fully into afk benefits, the game will be waiting for me with a full list of things to do that gives a bunch of money for a little effort and time. Go set up Cayo, do some salvage yard tasks for the safe bonus, resupply bunker and do the ammu nation thing, source some top range vehicles, set up the dre contract, and the union depository.. things like that, few hours pass, the nightclub brings in steady money, get bored, check back every 2 hours and enjoy the full benefits

Absolutely! Easily in my top 10 for most fun cars to drive around and is one of the few VERY rare perfect cars (no faults in customization and has brake caliper color change). The 300r is a perfect car too, 10/10 in terms of price/performance/fun, pick that up also if you can afford it.

Harm quick question, for the nightclub I only have 2 bars filled up as far as the warehouse is concerned. They both fill up to 100k but how much would they fill up to if I add the extra storage floors?

Unfortunately you need to buy all storage floors to fill any of the product to 100%. In other words, each product is spread over all floors. So for 10 powder, you need all 5 floors of storage. Most people sell once powder and crystal are full, at around $1.1M.
