Between the massive Harn World, Merp's extensive Middle Earth coverage, and now Symbaroum's focused mature Grimdark setting, we are fully in the heydays of mature Campaign settings... Seriously inspired times to game within.... to find the time tho...bloody hell!!

Harn is so interesting to me. I really need to check it out in depth. Also, wholesome af to see Trevor immortalized in his favorite setting

Every time Richard talked about Eric Hotz and his art, I kept hearing him saying "Hot Stuff" (as in the Donna Summer song) which amused me greatly. Yes, I'm easily amused, I admit.

I've been collecting setting books for over 20 years but I only discovered Harn about 3 years ago. Since then I've become a huge fan and it's quickly become my favorite setting. I've backed 4 Kickstarter campaigns by Columbia Games and have always been extremely impressed with their efficiency as well as the quality of their products. I own every hardcover nation book now as well as a binder full of their Harnquest content. I've discovered how wonderful it feels to get new RPG info mailed to you every few months - it really gets me excited for the content and forms a type of bond with the company. Thank you guys for all the incredibly top tier work you do, and for your integrity in keeping Harn so well preserved despite how much "popular fantasy" has changed over the decades. I'm looking forward to Tharda! (BTW, I saw you as Bruna Sarat, Trevor. Great expression)

I bought my first Harn product on, i believe, 1982. Must have been Cities. I have not played much ttrpg ovwr the last many years. I am Really Loving the new improved "updates" that I have bought. Keep it up Columbia Games!

Fellow newbie Harn fan here. Thank you, Trevor for introducing me to the setting. I noticed that the portrait resembles another Ivinian baron, Kjal Forsetha, of Geda keep, in Chybisa. I'm really looking forward to the kingdom of Evael renewal, but I first need to go through the rest of Chybisa. I also agree that this setting deserves a lot more attention. Many thanks to all the team at Columbia games for all their hard work!

Holy shit, I can't believe I commented just a day or so ago on the Harnmaster episode of Sage's Library suggesting a Featureless Grey Plain only to see this in my feed today! I should comment more often if this is the result! I think I summoned this! (/s on that last part, lol).

The 'scary' thing about this talk is its similarities to how long-term careers in militaries in the western world work. You can have your own way of doing things, but ultimately you are part of team and long after you have retired, the institution must endure. I worked 43 years in that world, and even now am still assimilating that basic fact; and I worked at parliament, our equivalent of the US Congress, as well as attending the Security Council of the United Nations, so I was given wonderful insights. Great talk guys. Your reflections on 'process' and interaction were insightful and have broader application than just Harn, or voice-overs. Well done.

@@andreasmuller5223That's true. I ended up starting to collect the pdfs in a somewhat focused way when they're on discount on Drivethrurpg. Especially those often 50% offers drivethru sends by email. I know it still ain't cheap and it's slow going but it's somewhat feasible for me.

Why are the Harn products so significantly more expensive than other game systems? Especially considering they come in looseleaf. Also, the PDFs are in a similar state.
