Same thing with the Melbourne Showgrounds- the horses were virtually in your lap . Huge crowds , lots of noise and great excitement- my treasured memories of The Trots during the late 1960s

Was there ever a better race track than Harold Park? The atmosphere the crowds the bookies the great horses. Sydney will never regrettably see again.
