Well, it's true that it has Undertale vibes. I've been a Vocaloid fan longer than I have been an Undertale fan, but coming back to this song, it actually sounds like it could belong in the game. Or, really, any 8-bit game. Because it's an 8-bit version. This song has a deep meaning (if you know the actual lyrics), and so does Undertale. Naturally people could make a connection. No need to insult anyone.
