What a crazy start that was to your Colombia 🇨🇴 tour. We were so glad that you arrived safely along with your harps ofcourse. Happy Friday Camille and Kennerly! Wow, I love it you two and your mom Diane. Its' s definitely a very fun and interesting video from your concert festival trip to COLOMBIA, South America. I was kinda supprise though about your troubles with the airplane delima trying to get there has well with the harp baggage, but I am glad it eventually all worked out. Those people over there in Latin America surely had you all working with interview shows has well doing a performance. I was glad that you all had a great time there with the greetings after the concert and hanging out with some friends and eating out. Love the scenic trip too from the mountains and having some Latin food tasting. Over all it was a great video to watch you two and your mom has well. I hope that the flu delima is pretty much over for you all, specially for Kennerly. Have a great day has well weekend to you both!

So cool you did this VLOG, looks like you had a ton of fun there. I cannot remember having watched this video yet.... bad fan, I know. 😉So interesting that the harp plays such a huge role in the culture and that their are even harp parties! Were you allowed to play one of these harps, too? Do I imagine things here or did I really spot one of Vølfgang Twins on guard duty at 8:36 into the video (with shorter hair than we know them today though 😉)? If it so so, I didn't know that Drømil and Drømal were doing security for you since four years, but I think it was a good idea having them around when traveling to South America. You're right. Some airlines do not respect as much for the average Citizen as for the athlete or the writer or even for the composer or artist in general. If it refers to such a case-by-case deliberation.

Gary R... Aww. We'd LOVE to get to Scotland. When we toured Wales and England we had a couple of fans who were able to make the trip down from Scotland. Currently we go where we are hired or sponsored to perform. As fully independent musicians, many of our performances are as a direct result of a fan contacting an event, festival, artist's series, and suggesting us... so if something comes to mind please tell them about us and ask them to bring us in! Sending love and Blessings, x2

Sounds like it was a journey and not just a trip getting there. Glad everything worked out minus the airline in Mexico City.... I would really give them a bad review if they didn't at least give you first class for your seat costs of the harps... You both are amazing and keep up the wonderful things you do.

Derrick Hall ~ Thank you so much for the sweet comment, compliment, support and encouragement!! You rock! We were definitely not treated with kindess and respect by the airlines at the time of our trip or any subsequent time since then. We got SOME of the cash returned but not enough, and not enough to make up for having to buy more expensive tickets at the last minute... let alone the mess each airline created. We are definitely not a fan of the way they do business. It took Air Canada MONTHS to get anything refund money back to us although Air Canada were the ones that cancelled our flight. And even getting through to Air Canada in order to get our refund done was quite the hassle. The worst was Avianca and the Delta "customer service agent." Out and out liars, angry, and mean. That said, apart from our flights to Colombia we had a wonderful trip and we refuse to let the Airline sourpusses and toads get us down. Every experience is a lesson. The problem was the Harps being near at all times, they are like babies to them. And in a medium-long trip like that they do not have another replacement if anything happens to those beauties with strings!

4:09 what's a conversatorial? blonde moment? 10:17 pretty steep, but the Sceninc Railway here in Australia boasts the steepest railway down the side of the Blue Mountains (52° incline) looks like a fun trip! always nice to see you girls, love from Down Under ♥
@HarpTwinsHappenings4 жыл бұрын
STAG162 ~ Thank you for enjoying our video vlog. The Australian Scenic Railway sounds amazing. We'd love to experience it some day. That said, we don't have "blonde moments." (rolls eyes x2) A conversatorio is the Spanish word for conversation. A conversatorio is usually a forum or panel comprised of experts that is held before an audience. The purpose of a conversatorio is for the experts to inform, share, and respond to each other and to the audience through their dialog. In other words, through the exercise of conversation, there is a free exchange of ideas, visions, discussion, and thought-provoking, innovative/novel opinions that are shared and explored. In this case, the conversatorio experts were the harp maestros representing different countries, including us. :) :) Sending love and blessings, x2 facebook.com/CamilleandKennerly instagram.com/camillekennerly/ twitter.com/

That looked like an amazing trip, despite the efforts of the airlines to spoil it. Clearly, they have no idea how many people will avoid them as a result (any professional musician, and many others through your media reach), and I hope you got full refunds for the tickets they refused to honour, with punitive damages for lying to you about seat availability, which your video clearly documents. A ticket is a contract, so if you didn't, sue them for breaching it. It makes me wonder how they'd deal with my (100Kg) mobility scooter - no way could I risk that not getting there safely, even if I were in a position to be able to travel to such destinations! But thank you for sharing the amazing trip there and the wonderful scenery you graced with your presence. I'm unlikely to ever be able to travel to such places, so being able to be shown them by such wonderful tour guides as you is truly a blessing.
