Hail, Wind, and a Gypsy Harp! UK Tour Vlog (Part 2) Harp Twins

We had the opportunity to complete our first ever UK tour… and what a dream it was! 6 out of 6 shows were completely SOLD OUT! We first announced that we were coming to the UK only 3 weeks before our first show and we are so honored that our incredible UK supporters came on such short notice to sell out every single show. Plus, we can’t forget some incredible fans who traveled from Germany, Scotland, The Netherlands, Switzerland, and Poland just to see one of our UK concerts! That you all from the bottom of our hearts!
And of course, we did a lot more than just perform while in the UK… we filmed several music videos, appeared on National Television, explored ruins, did some sightseeing at breathtaking locations, and now we want to return for more! At the museum, when the old harp was pulled out of the display, how old was the "John's Robin" harp? I liked the sound it made, was that because of the triple strings and/or ancient construction technique (i.e. age of wood, string material.) ? What a rare opportunity to view and play such an historical relic. In fact, now that I think about it, you've added to its history with your video such that it could be viewed in the future as a documentary of some sort. Doesn't that blow your minds. Super cool if ya ask me.

Electro Voice PA monitors. Decent, if self amped(class D amps) they are great for string music , no distortion. Never seen you ladies with any amp equipment unless you are in some type of studio you do not control. They want your sound a certain way. Very cool journey.

I'm loving your detailed Vlogs! Thanks for finding the time to film and post these. BTW, I'm still secretly and not-so-secretly in love with the UK, after having visited there in 2006-2007. It was +6C when I arrived (in December), and I decided it was just a bit too warm to wear the jacket I had brought along. I got a few stares up on the windy train platforms, to which I smiled and explained, "I'm from Canada." "Oh" with a smile was the usual response.
