Well no,obviously some things cost more than others but it’s not only for wealthy people. Most people just never tried to cook these things and cook the basic toast,cereal,butter,chocolate and more. There are many teenagers who are lately starting to try this new type of cooking and they mostly seem satisfied with the energy they receive. Remember that the “common person” doesn’t try new things and go for the easiest. Also,US has the biggest obese people percentage and from our point of view (European) , you do eat too much,especially snacks and even for an obese teenagers like me,you really need to change. (Obviously that’s not towards ALL Americans) Sorry, but I hate how many people are bashing others for not being relatable with them,there have been so many other people out there who tried to find someone like them and now people want to take them back on the “unproductive culture” side. You just don’t like the “different” type of person and call them weird. She eats healthy and she should be the new common person type! It is easily digestible. Also,not everyone has the same taste in food. Believe me or not but I hate tea,marmalade,butter,crepes,rusk and fruit salad on the morning. I only eat scrambled eggs with bread or milk and chocolate cereal / chocolate biscuits (ONLY my favorite brand and type). I’m unhealthy and I have digestive problems,I would love to learn to cook but I am too lazy and I hate doing it. So I praise everybody who isn’t like me and cries to the mother hoping she’ll cook eggs,but who wakes up to go to cook ,especially something “different” and feel energetic and light after eating. Also,she probably does eat biscuits sometimes. But she is more controlled than the “average person”.

No it’s not as toxic as processed sugar but it’s like saying drinking whiskey is not as bad as rubbing alcohol. Yes but it’s still toxic to the body and that’s really the point.
@achingblue5 жыл бұрын
Love is the answer well, here we are talking about a few pieces of dried mango, not an excessive amount that gives you diabetes, it's not unhealthy at all to just eat a few pieces of a dried sweet fruit
@2minutetopics5 жыл бұрын
pierina v I’m not going back and forth with you on this. The sugar industry is worse than the mafia in killing people. Sugar in all forms are linked to heart disease, diabetes and other dis-eases. If you’re 5’10, 110 lbs guess what? You may be in the minority of people who can metabolise sugar easily. The rest of us cannot, which is why your blood sugar levels will spike drinking mango juice. It’s also why high sugar fruits (mango, apples, bananas) are avoided on Keto diets vs low sugar fruits like berries. There’s a reason. I’ve lost 50 lbs myself so I’m not just on the internet blowing smoke up my arse like some people. I’m a walking example.

For dinner I love having some sashimi salad or fresh Thai salmon spring rolls .. I even make my own oat milk for tea, coffee, smoothies, etc.. They’re the epitome of what having a sibling means - raised in the same house, same rules & still end up being complete & total polar opposites! One is girly & frilly, eating her rabbit food & fad drinks; the other is covered in tat’s, riding in on a skateboard & enjoying some good ‘ole shrimp & grits😂

All her ingredients (chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc) could be bought bulk and all that plastic packaging could be avoided. The only difficult ones would be maca powder and blueberries, but you can also get blueberries in paper packaging at a farmer's market.

Lemon water, celery juice, eating trendy takeout twice a day....revolutionary! 🙄 The only relatable moment was the split second she mentioned guac from Chipotle. The rest is a nouveau riche snoozefest. Although it was a bit suspenseful when she didn’t come up for air while chugging her celery juice.

lol i clicked off within the first five minutes, ones she mentioned “pahlow sahntows” lord have mercy pls do not use white sage or palo santo if you are not hispanic! it is cultural appropriation:) most of you don’t even know what you’re doing with it and it’s endangered so it’s better not to touch it

I cant imagine how miserable eating like this every day must be. Like seriously. Theres a difference between health-concious and borderline disordered eating. Also the amount of pseudoscience she pushed in such a short video is shocking.

I am dietetician and celebrities are making healthy eating so fancy but the truth is if you are a healthy human being all you need is 5 meals per day , 4 portions of vegies an one of fruit per day (the best ones are from your region and adjusted to sezon of the year), whole grain products, 3 times a fish per week, not processed foods, 80% healthy, 20% indulgance, 2l of water, you dont need a goat milk, gold flakes and another stuff, and now a shoker: you dont need to drink water with lemon, go gluten free or diary free unless you have a medical condition
