O well lesson learned. I’m more flexible now lol. I noticed that I’ve been less hungry since I quit drinking pop too. That’s the one thing I’m never touching again, because I feel way better without it.

I've been struggling to change my diet since freshman year and I'm a senior right now. I also found that slowly cutting out the junk food is the way to get a sustainable healthy diet and also replacing your fav foods with healthier versions!👍🏽

Girl tell me about it ! I’ve finally set myself up onto a healthy lifestyle I never understood how people did it but it’s because I always tried to force myself to never eat anything that was considered “bad” it just made me want it more lol now I get to enjoy some of my fave foods a couple times a week and they can be the healthier version or just less than what I used to have 🤷🏽‍♀️ and I’ve been able to maintain my weight since I lost it

My sister moved to nyc for almost 10 years now, she never cooks her meals at home at all 😂 she mostly dines in different restaurants for weekdays dinners & weekends meals, she is fan of brunches 🤨 and orders for delivery both weekdays’ breakfasts and lunches 🥰 As she said nyc has millions of cafes and restaurants; it’s shameful not to try them 🙈 Btw, she stays fit too as she changed her gyms every 3 months 😂 as she prefers to discover the city well through food & exercise The nyc lockdown most probably makes her going nuts 🤪
