Like her, I also follow a lengthy skincare routine, but I’m over 40 years old. I double cleanse, use toner, essence, serum, ampoule, eye cream, acne spot treatment, moisturizer, and sunscreen (for day) and sleeping mask (at night). Recently, I’ve been using the Dermapore device to help unclog my pores too. For reference, I have combination hormonal acne-prone skin. I know that I can’t stop aging, but I believe you can slow it down.

This is very like my own routine, with some different products. I usually double-cleanse (with DHC cleansing oil and then a very mild gel cleanser), and I rotate serums according to my skin's needs (I alternate between retinol, l-ascorbic acid, salicylic acid, alpha lipoic acid, alpha arbutin).
