To me, the best is the Christian Dior dress worn by Natalie Portman which is a modern reinterpretation of a 1949 iconic dress inspired by peacock plumage?

The original dress was inspired by flower petals. The individual petal shapes were "wired" in that shape using horsehair sewn into the hems. Very ingenious and also so beautiful.

you have to see the clothing design of Raline Shah and Cinta Laura Kiehl, an Indonesian female artist.. Look at the details of the clothes and trousers. Very extraordinary, coupled with a necklace of blusafir stones and diamonds. What makes her look so stunning... and the pattern of the cloth she uses is very beautiful... with Indonesian regional motifs.

I also really liked Lily Gladstone's Valentino gown. I think the only one on this list that really deserves to be here is Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Most of the others are meh.
