Thanks so much for covering this story about our beloved Harriet. I believe the people trying to leave food for M15, is purely out of ❤love for this Eagle family...and perhaps the people didn't realize the potential danger of predators coming to the food. 😪 I'm so sadden for this beautiful eagle family, and am praying M15 is successful raising E21& E22🙏

While other's are totally dependent of humans, an others leave an comeback every few days weeks. What's funnier is.. ? Man can't figure himself out. I was hoping she would return, I hope M will be able to raise the eaglets until they fledge but it won't be easy! Also the Owls nearby are a constant threat too, they have had a go at Harriet and M numerous times since moving into the Eagles territory, this is gonna be tough!

Although there are a number of scenarios which could explain Harriet's disappearance (and it would all be speculation), I don't think we can exclude the possibility that she had suddenly reached the end of her natural life, given her age. My main concern now is for predators (other eagles) spotting the eaglets while M15 is away from the nest - we can but take one day at a time, now and hope for the best.

It is possible to take the babies to a sanctuary and save them? Is not neccesary to let them die . If they put a camera, so, they can climb and take them to a sanctuary. I don't know.

The problem with that is teaching the eaglets to find food, ward off enemies, stay away from humans turning them into pets.

So someone got the momma bird? Why wld someone want to kill an eagle? She knows where she is and who she is as a bird. If she's gone, something happened to her.
