Literally the sweetest little one in the world. Kai has spent his whole life so far in the hospital due to congenital heart defects. I've known his amazing mama since grade school and have been following their story through social media. I'm so grateful they accepted my offer to make the a family film and let me spend some time with them. They have such a special spirit.
