Harrison Barnes' Role For The Spurs | SSPN Clips

I think you all remember Harrison Barnes way too fondly. He's not the same guy he was in the Warriors and Mavs. He averaged 12 ppg last year. Malakai averaged 9. He's not a player the Spurs wanted he's a player the Spurs took so they can trade off him and get a couple of second round picks. He is a nice role player, but I see his role exactly like Cedi last year, maybe he starts but sometimes he wont start too. He's not in the long term plans at all. The Spurs will still give major minutes to guys they think might be here 3 years from now. Also I think you are over emphasizing Julian's role last year. He played less than 20 minutes a game on average. He started a lot of games, but that was about it. Now he will probably play some backup PF/SF and still get 15-20 minutes a game
