You need a torx #10 screwdriver/drill bit to remove the screws holding on the cover in order to be able to remove the battery. You have to sort of pry off the top end of the cover after you remove the screws, it was on there pretty tight.

What size bit is needed ? They are so far in I can’t tell. Looks like a small hex head, but maybe also a security bit? I have the vm252 edit…looks like a torx 10?

Got a 252 model that has magnetic charger connector that acts like it’s charging, green light comes on when attached, but when you go to use it it does nothing 🤷‍♀️…bad battery or something else? Thx
