Facts. Any regular person spending $400 on sneakers (especially if they are Nike) is a damn fool IMHO. If you rich, then go ahead and spend that paper. The most I would spend is $150, and I’d have to think about that very hard. Normal would be $75-$100.

MultiBillionHeir Some people think these type of people who buy up scarce objects solely for resale are scumbags... for example: a concert being sold out in minutes, where fans can only go by paying 10x face value. Personally, I see it both ways. People are just trying to make a way for themselves, and nobody is forcing anyone to buy anything, so I’m good with it.

THIS is why it's ok to buy and wear reps, I would never spend more than $200 on a pair of shoes, they make em in almost the same damn places!
@conquerinn2 жыл бұрын
Some are made in the same places some are made in factorys that are dedicated to make replicas. But some "reps" wich are made in the same factory as real ones are thrown away beacuse of very minor flaws like stiching, sole colour, suede colour is a bit off and stuff like that. And maybe some workers pick them up from trashes and actually sell them as legit, beacuse they are, just have minor flaws.
@FrostRealm Жыл бұрын
fr, i think buying shoes for around $300 max is fine tbh as long as they're really comfortable and good quality, anything above that tho is just outrageous for shoes, unless you're a collectionner i don't see the point of buying shoes for so damn much, huge waste of money.
@BlondesWZ Жыл бұрын
@@conquerinn nike use to sell those too and call them “B grades”. I havent seen any talk or any actual B grade shoes in stores in quite some time, but it was literally what you said, the same shoe just with flaws on them and they would get sold at a slightly discounted price and have like a blacklight stamp on the box or somewhere on the insole that was labeled B grade. I think because most pairs have flaws now they just did away with that lmao
@conquerinn Жыл бұрын

Always hold the returning shoes they can put the actual returns in a bag or purse then when they get the other box they can try to finesse and be like “oh nah i walked in with this box” .. some like that so yeah u always hold the returns up front.

Went online and shops prices of trainers are insane. Buy a house instead. People are in debt or working many hours to buy labels. What a waste of money. I will keep searching for my cheap unknown label trainers.

The fakes look real enough to fool the experts, so you can imagine how the general public will perceive them, that within itself is why they might be worth the purchase. If I ever became dumb enough to purchase shoes over 3 grand, I would definitely be looking into the fakes to go along with them. This way I could wear the fakes regularly but appear to be wearing the expensive real ones all the time while saving the real ones for special occasions.
