See in the grand scheme of things this man actually does a great service. Because he teaches men to be humble , not to be materialistic. I cannot believe how well they stood up to everything. and I cannot believe how those Redwing shoe strings broke so easily that's nuts. I have some AJ 3s and I've been wearing them for13 years now. There were 3 years as nice pair of shoes. I've used them for 10 years as a hard-working shoe doing a lot of construction and electrical. I have also used them on my property doing a lot of manual digging type of work I'm pretty impressed how they have held so well. They have also been run through the washing machine at least 30 x in 13 years usually 2 x a year and if I stepped in shit an extra time here and there. A pair of Adidas lasted me a year.

The leather laces are usually over saturated from oiling, so they easily break. Idk why they even send them, any boots I've had leather laces come with had the same issue, first thing you do is replace them

Its pretty much the same where i live, but direct full writeoff is only for items costing below $2k, more than that and the writeoff is 20% per year. For 12k the writeoff is year 1=2400, year 2=1920, and so on. This way companies wasting money on abundant crap will not be a burden for regular tax payers.
