I've never understood why people buy really expensive sneakers knowing they will never be worn... Then I thought about Pokemon cards, and it makes more sense. Sneakers are Pokemon cards. I'm not into sneakers or Pokemon but I get it now. Wearing expensive sneakers seems like it would give me too much anxiety. Not collecting anything that would give me anxiety.

That exact ComplexCon OW AF1 I had the option of buying retail when they surprise dropped in Chicago. I was offered that exact 12.5 but turned it down for a size 11. It's actually the only 12.5 of that shoe in existence. I really fumbled the bag when I sold my size 11 pair for $1000 the week I got em, they were even signed by Virgil.

That is the common Murakami version not the most sought after pair. The Reptile is the rarest pair of all and the Murakami with the blue swoosh is the most "sought after" pair most likely. Its way way more limited that that pair there
