A real charity should never use more than 25% of their funds for "operating costs and overhead" and if you're considering a charity, make sure you check out just how much of your donation is actually going to the people/support charitable goals. As Mary Tillman, Pat's mother, pointed out, Stolen-Valor Hank is a divisive and controversial figure which is precisely why he was "chosen". IOW, Flop Gun Hank and his gold-digging, social climbing harpy-wife, Walmart Wallis, are going result in a lot of publicity because they ARE "controversial and divisive" (deliberately, maliciously so for their own self-aggrandizement and enrichment) which translates into huge traffic and advertisers for this disgraceful event, dishonoring a real American hero so Tillman's widow can live the high life (yes, that's my frank opinion!). Good for Mrs. Tillman, she obviously doesn’t want to represent a lying, backstabbing, traitorous, grifter, she knows what he’s done to his family, she knows he’s an absolute disgrace, and a liability.. and completely undeserving of receiving this honorable accolade. I absolutely signed the “petition”, to revoke the award, from Sparry. I’m not not sure it will change anything, but I wanted to publicly express my disappointment, with the ESPY’S lackluster decision, to present Sparry with this “Pat Tillman award”… All I can think of is that ESPN, has gone broke, and Sparry was the “highest bidder”, who could potentially bring attention and attendance, to this award ceremony. They would have to be desperate, to consider that Sparry MountMarkle, is the best option for this award, by the suggestion alone, it means that “someone”, is throwing the fallen “Prince” a “bone”, a pity party for the Prince, comes at a cost, and there’s no doubt that somebody, is footing the bill for it! The “Espys’s” board of directors, or who and however, made the decision, to bestow, the raging, whinging, ill-tempered red-headed, “lord of leisure”, with such a virtuous undoubtedly, cheapened and changed the and made this embarrassing “ selection”, of who should merit has really cheapened and insulted this award! Yea uh.. no.
