No wonder, they changed their official website to Sussex and started selling jams. It is obvious that the Archewell Foundation was doing the shady things since its conception as it was registered in Delaware where 95% of the income can be claimed for expenses. Now, they could not produce the annual report, mainly because 1. they did not get much donation last financial year which is embarrassing for them as the Royal foundation gets tens of millions in funding 2. they have not made any charitable donations at least to any worthy causes last financial year because this foundation was a cover for their paper thin philanthropy and 3. the report will highlight once again their lack of input i.e. 1 hour per week work ethic.

The governor of California issued a clear statement and confirm this foundation is in good standing and clearly stated that it was a technical paper things not only fee related and that the newspapers to report correctly. The statement of the governor of California was made public. This so called royal expert to report properly, she knows better and it is things that happens, there are many companies and foundations under same investigation in California. You can hate someone like some are doing in the media, however et those people are not funded by the UK governments or any British citizen . I’m convinced M&H have something on Charles. It’s the only thing that explains his inaction towards the two.
