As a Canadian, I want to clarify that Suits was made in Toronto for an American cable tv channel. Eventually, it was shown on a special Canadian cable tv channel which majority of us didn’t watch. It was always an American tv show never a Canadian soap. Many American tv shows/movies have been and are filmed in Toronto and Vancouver because it’s cheaper to film in Canada.

Andrew was behind on rent, had let the required maintenance on Royal Lodge go so long the roof was in danger of caving in and was causing interior damage, could not pay his utilities, could not pay his security...It as the Crown Estates that wanted Andrew out. Charles is the ONLY one that has tried to help the useless tool Andrew. Charles paid his $1.5 million security costs, helped him with utilities and then offered him Frogmore as a cheaper alternative that Andrew could afford on his income. That was it. Andrew owes Crown Estates $3Million he can't repay so they declined him another loan for repairs. Andrew owes Charles $7 to8million for the Guiffre pay off that he can't repay, so Charles does not want to loan him more, so, best bet is Sarah loaned Andrew the money to do the repairs and catch up on his bills. William is not going to put up with that...he's just not. The queen did not clean up that mess, Charles has not cleaned up that mess and the Harry mess, so, you can be darned sure William is going to say "First priority is clean up these messes because I am not having it over my head"...I don't blame him....not nice to dump your garbage on the next fella.

I'm not surprised by this "leak", and I don't think it signifies anything of particular concern. Lady Colin has got it right, because what this really means is that Charles is going to be just like his mother. Queen Elizabeth II brought about a lot of change in her time, she just didn't telegraph it but allowed some things to lapse (presentation of debutantes being the classic example) and others to just happen, such as walkabouts. In fact if you take a look at the way monarchy was "done" in 1952 and compare it with, say 2000, the institution was radically different, but the changes had happened gradually and happened without fanfare.

While I am American, I will say as a former subject of HLMQEII, I wholeheartedly agree with Charles being a stopgap or whatever you want to call it monarch given the circumstances. If Charles wanted to pass the crown over to HRH Prince William, I would support that too. Furthermore, Prince William is old enough and capable enough of doing the job. Also, HRH Prince William has his mother's pizzazz to take the monarchy further. I wholeheartedly support HRH Prince William, his wife, and children. The future of the monarchy is with HRH Prince William.

I will try to say this again concerning Prince Andrew, they never print it when I say it in the Daily Mail comments, and I don't know why, although it is a serious question. Why was Andrew the only one out of all the celebrities, dignitaries, formew Presidents, many famous people, why was Prince Andrew the only one in the whole world brought up on charges?? He is the only one whose head has rolled. The picture of him with Virginia looked like a happy picture. When I say happy, I mean her smile and whole demeanor made her look very happy, not at all distressed like she didn't want to be there. It is strange to me if such bad things went on, why only one man has been publicly named. I have a feeling many big names were involved, so why is it Prince Andrew gets all the blame.
