Harry Garside | Blending Boxing with Ballet | Tokyo Olympics

Harry Garside won a gold medal for boxing at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.
But for as long as he can remember, his dream has been to win Olympic gold.
We caught up with Harry as on his unique journey to start his impossible.

Yes I agree with Ballet being helpful. Balance, flexibility, strength, knowing your where your centreline is & relaxing all important fight basics, to name a few. I'll be watching your fights at the Olympics. All the best Champ.
