To give y'all a little context.... HMack does a live practice session streamed with his fans in chat, when he is not on tour/travelling, called "Wordplay Wednesday". These sessions typically last about 2-3.5 hours long. When he had less followers sometimes those sessions, for fun, were themed playlists all from a specific artist or producer. This clip is during the covid era, keep in mind he is much better now IMO, and this clip occurred about 2hrs into one of his few "Eminem" nights. (This is also a similar situation if you watch the Busta Rhymes Break Your Neck" vid). So, he's been freestyling for close to 2 hrs already and then casually drops into this madness. I agree on the bar complexity in this section but it's an amazing example of vey high-level performance and multi-tasking. As content creators in front of the camera you two can appreciate that not only is he reading the chat, of the top freestyling, rapping fast and handling everything as a on camera performer in a live performance.... but he's also managing OBS, monitoring his level, keeping an eye on the playlist and time left to each song, at times triggering sound effects and mic effects, managing the chat and purposefully prioritizing super chats but still making an effort to include the regular chat as much as possible. You'll see he also answering questions posed to him in super chats within his rhymes. To be juggling allllll that and still be able to process and answer real ass questions like "What are the secrets of staying sober?". He is an inspirational example of what you can train your brain to do for you if you dedicate yourself too and fall in love with practicing something.
