Divorce laws include: 50/50 child custody (btw the children automatically become “wards” of the court and the parents are accountable to the judge), any wealth or earnings prior to the marriage and any inheritance are excluded from the “community property” consideration so only the earnings post marriage are inconsideration in the 50/50 split of the community property. Since they jointly earned during the marriage there will be no alimony assigned to either party. In order words, unless Harry gives up any of his custodial time then Meghan will never have the kids more than 50%. Something else to consider, in Great Britain and in the Royal Family the King or Queen has all authority over any minor children (and down the line) of direct descent. Something Meghan is well aware of.

Yes I can see this happening. If you look back over the years when she first met Harry to now in the present day, this is a Narcissistic at their finest. Megan’s latest carpet event showed she is starting to lose control, she is starting to get desperate. That appearance was because Harry is away in the spot light. I think they will have to divorce at some point. I think it will be advised by the palace, they may already be making preparations hence the working solo. The headlines are getting more and more damaging but the fall out will be horrendous. She will create a smear campaign against Harry and begin using parent alienation. Just like she created a smear campaign against the royal family and used manipulation, emotional manipulation, coercion, used gaslighting and claimed victim status. She thought she would come out on top and being married into the royal family she would be untouchable. He was nothing but a trophy on her arm, a game a goal to get to where she wanted to be. Harry has done some terrible things and I have lost all respect for him and I am so disappointed with how he has acted towards our country and the royal family. I do believe though he has been a victim of a Narcissists grip. He has weaknesses a narc can smell from miles away, she targeted him, used him and alienated him. I do think there is a more serious and worrying picture within their marriage. This does happen to men too not just women. Sadly not everyone will understand or want to forgive and how he will begin to repair the damage with the British public is an example of how tricky this situation is. However if what I feel too believe maybe narcissistic and controlling and coercive behaviour from Megan. I hope harry will finally see through this and his family, the royal family can all try to repair the damage she has created and Harry gets the help he needs to truly heal from all his past traumatic events and current trauma.
