Xavier Dolan is a Canadian Actor and Filmmaker. His most recent film "It's Only the End of the World" won six Canadian Screen Awards. In this video, Xavier Dolan sits down with us to talk tattoos - all 27 of them. He cites both heartbreak and films as the main inspirations behind his tattoos. Xavier also shares one of his favourites, a Harry Potter inspired tattoo.

I discovered this guy only just a week ago by accident and started to watch his 'It's just the end...´ in a quite low mood. But yes, he's young (still) and regardless he knows some essential things. It's a painful movie, even very problematic, but it also has its healing power as he himself says in this interview: words are both capable of inflicting injury and remedying it. Already the intro of the film with Camille's song Home is where it hurts tells actually the whole story - 'cause we all know that the closest to us can hurt us most - but still you watch it up to the end. I'm no film expert, only a fan of great Russian director Tarkovsky's movies, but something in Dolan's film dynamics, sequence and length of scenes reminds me of that fabulous director.
