But it is real. Not the trailer lol, I mean the possibility of a Cursed Child film. It just isn't going to be good. Jk Rowling sadly has passed the point of no return. Completely lost sight of how to create good stories or make something the fans actually want to see. We almost had something good with the first fantastic beasts film. It should've been a simple fun stand alone movie, but the person who believed that a short story about a Pokémon trainer somehow should be fused together with this epic origin story, presumably via dark magic, has clearly lost the correct functioning of her mind. Like why the hell was newt Scamander involved in any of those events? It would be like having Filch drawn into a face off with Voldemort. Now we get tweets in which she reveals the existence of a Jewish Hogwarts student named Anthony Goldstein, which has to be an ironic bit of satire and yet is a genuine statement made by a clearly very sick woman. So I'm expecting Hermione to be black and for the plot to be a jumbled incoherent mess, thus chipping away the final remains of my childhood nostalgia, thanks a bunch.

its just original scenes ;I but its quite good but not representative. I don't love the plot or Cursed child and dont consider it canon like some/most potterheads- it seems obscure and like it would never happen- how would Bellatrix and Voldemort ever concieve a child? Voldemort is also portrayed in a way that he is too past being human to start life or create life. It just doesn't make sense. Hermione? Minister of Magic? How did she travel up in the ranks so fast? it seems so much like it was just a plot for the movie and not coexisting with the original plot? I think Albus and Scorpius's characters are ok- its okay that Scopius isn't discriminative like his parents, but it seems like its made to be- wouldn't Lucius ingrain it into young Scorpius's mind that purebloods are surperior? and it seems a bit irrational but how on earth could any son of Harry potter be a squib? like what happened here? harry has so much magical power, and so does ginny from being in the DA, fighting death eaters and from being from a sufficiently genetically strong family. I don't get this movie- it isn't canon in my books
